Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty, Anna Marie was with Coldwell Banker affiliated companies in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Sunset Beach, North Carolina. Anna Marie has been awarded several of Coldwell Banker Real Estate’s most prestigious sales awards including Circle of Honor, Circle of Excellence, President's Elite, and the Customer Service Excellence Award. She was consistently one of the top five agents in Coldwell Banker Pittsburgh and in the top 1/2 % of all real estate agents in the metropolitan Pittsburgh area. She also has been recognized in the Top 15 Agents in the Brunswick Co. Multi-List Service.
I joined Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty as a REALTOR/Broker in 2005, desiring to be a part of an outstanding local firm and a Coldwell Banker Affiliate in Sunset Beach Office. Having enjoyed working with the people in the real estate business for so many years, the desire to continue in the Carolinas and our new home community with Coldwell Banker presented an outstanding opportunity for me. My experience and ability to help buyers and sellers in their real estate needs is an asset to my clients and Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty. My love of the Coastal Carolina area and the people and the varying real estate environment presents me with the opportunity and challenge to realize the same enjoyment that I had during my working experience in the northern market.
In 2009 and 2010, I was the "Company Wide Top Producer for Closed Sales Agent" in the Coldwell Banker Sloane Reality and was also in the "Top 8 Real Estate Agents" in the Brunswick County MLS for 2010.
In March of 2011, I joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty as REALTOR/Broker, desiring to expand my real estate business with the largest Coldwell Banker office in North Carolina with ten (10) offices and over 300 agents. Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty provides the opportunity for expansion of my business on a team approach. I have formed "The Kozel Team" with real estate professionals having a common goal to collectively expand the real estate services for clients in southeastern Brunswick County.
In 2011, I was the "Top Coldwell Banker Realtor in Brunswick County" and ,also, in the "Top 5 Real Estate Agents in Brunswick Co. Multi-List Service (MLS)."

After coming to the painful decision to sell our vacation property in Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club, it was time to find a real estate firm and listing agent that would help us through the selling process, since we live in Canada. After extensive research, Anna Marie Kozel and the firm she works for, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, kept coming up as one of the top agents and real estate firms to work with. I reached out to Anna Marie and was immediately comfortable working with her. She provided her honest opinion, not what you want to hear and that all decisions were ours to make. She kept us up to date on all showings and feedback that she received. Anna Marie also let us know that if we had any questions that we could call, text or email her anytime. She was also sensitive to the fact that we lived in Canada and could not travel down if any issues arose. Anna Marie organized the repairs the buyers requested after their home inspection.
